We are happy to accept returns for a refund as long as item/s make it back to us within 14 days of purchase. (Shipping costs not included in refund)
We will also gladly help you with any exchanges & happy to offer credit notes to use at a later time.

1. Item is returned within 14 days of purchase
2. Item has not been worn, altered, washed or damaged.
3. Item is in original packaging with all swing tags still intact.

NOTE- Due to our online customers having the inability to try on our products before purchase, our refund policy does not extend to our brick & mortar store. Exchange/credit note allowed in store only.
SHIPPING COSTS WITHIN AUSTRALIA:
$10 Flat rate for all orders within Australia.
All orders sent with Australia Post EXPRESS POST.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS:
$25 for all International Orders.
Most orders within Australia will be received within 1-5 business days, and will require a signature on delivery.
Please allow up to 3-12 days for International orders.
All orders are sent via Australia Post within 24 hours of order placed.
